Q: If I have a job, will I still qualify for this health insurance policy?
YES. Everyone who lives or works in the five New York City boroughs (the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens and Staten Island) and Westchester County is eligible, including part-time and full-time employees who do not receive insurance plans from their employers. Q: Do you ever make exceptions for the effectiveness deadline?
NO. The insurance policy will become effective on the first of the month. If you would like to have effective insurance by the first of a particular month, your application MUST be received by the second Monday of the month prior. All applications received after the second Monday will delay effectiveness to the following month.

Q: What should I do if I want to cancel my policy?
You have the option to stop your insurance at any time with no risk of penalty. Simply contact us when you are ready to cancel.

Q: Can I change how I receive bills?
YES. You can choose to receive papers bills or email bills. If you'd like to change your preference, simply contact us.

Q: Are all bills issued monthly?
YES. You'll be billed a monthly premium.
