Billing
Receive bills through standard mail or email. Your costs will include:- Application processing fee (you have the option to pay with a credit card online or mail the application with your payment): $45

Deadlines
The insurance policy is effective on the first of the month. The submission deadline is the second Monday of the month prior. All applications received after the second Monday will delay effectiveness to the following month.
